A new innovative community housing project in Noarlunga Centre called Inspire has become the Residential Lifestyle Project of the Year 2010 judged by the Housing Industry Association.
This project has been designed and constructed by Normus Urban Projects and is an initiative of Housing SA. The brief was to provide affordable, environmentally sustainable, adaptable housing on compact Torrens Title Allotments.
The unique designs incorporate Skillion Roofs, integration of several types of building materials and clever usage of colours, providing for a commanding street appeal.
