Winner of the HIA 2011 –Special Purpose Housing
The project at Murray Bridge of four single storey special purpose housing exceeded the client's expectations in quality and time frame to complete. Geoff Barber from Julia Farr was more than happy to supply a reference for future work. The special features of this site were the transition from outside to inside and complete wheelchair access to all areas including the garden, clothes line and the garden shed. The occupants commented on how independent they have become since moving in. We were delighted to be the Major Award winner of the HIA "Special Purpose Housing" in 2011 for this project.
